About us

General
With more than 30 years of expertise in the field of diving and compressed air activities, we started Xepro Diving in 2015 because of a shortage of diving companies in the Limburg and Brabant region. Despite the fact that we are a young company, there is no lack of experience and knowledge. We surround ourselves exclusively with experienced divers from civil underwater construction. All our employees and freelancers are certified in accordance with the Dutch Dive Legislation and they all have the VCA.

Vision
Due to the constant technological innovations, stricter environmental requirements and stricter safety requirements, work on building projects, repairs, inspections, maintenance and investigations become more complex and the demand for specialization increases. Clients are increasingly asking professionals for the execution of the entire process from design to realization with aftercare.

Mission
Xepro Diving wants to be a professional, reliable and flexible partner for its clients in the field of (structural) hydraulic engineering works, compressed air activities above water and in case of calamities. In addition to hydraulic engineering work, Xepro Diving also wants to focus on expanding its services in the near future. The key concepts are; professionalism, commitment, reliability, responsibility, good cooperation, flexibility and integrity.

Strategy
Xepro Diving wants to develop, implement and maintain a management system aimed at preventing, limiting, stimulating, managing and expanding all common business elements, such as staff, environment and earnings.
